“When they said, “Let’s go to the house of God,” my heart leaped for joy.” When the Psalmist penned this, he spoke for himself. But he also described the worshipers who made their way to Commonwealth of Zion Assembly on this Sunday morning. There was a spring in their step as they walked into Church for another time in God’s presence together with all the saints.
Bro Babale opened the service by stirring up the congregation to shout to God as the shouting side is the winning side. He let them know that every expectation of their heart will be met. The Avalanche began immediately to raise glorious songs of praise, singing “Shabach”, ”My heart is for you”, ”Everything will be alright”, ”You are good”, ”Again I say rejoice”, ”My Redeemer lives”, ”Lord you are awesome”. Pastor Modele Fatoyinbo then came up stage magnifying the Lord. She declared over the church from Isaiah 30:18-19.
The official choir of COZA, the Avalanche made a special rendition titled “Greatest Days”, a reminder that though the year is coming to an end, God still has greater things in store.
The Media team showed a short video of the Senior Pastor inviting everyone to the the forth coming worship concert with Grammy award winning artist Tasha Cobbs on 18th November 2014.
The Senior Pastor came up stage, giving thanks to God for His goodness, singing “You are great”. He continued his teaching along the theme of the month from Mark 5:22,35-43.
Highlight of the Message:
• God does not promise and fail. He is a consistent God. He is able to do exceedingly, abundantly and above all you can think.
• The greatest force around you is peace. No matter the situation you are in, switch to PEACE!
• Peace is not the absence of challenges. It is security in the midst of troubles.
• Delay is not denial. How you respond in the midst of that circumstance will determine your outcome.
• Mark 5:27. Your perception of God will determine how you receive from Him.
• What the “woman with the issue of blood” heard about Jesus influenced how she received her miracle.
• Principles from Jarius: Jesus didn’t follow everyone. Never come to Jesus with problems. Always come with a heart of thanksgiving.

At the end of the message, Rev. Biodun led the congregation to worship God with gratitude making mention of specific things that they were thankful for. He led as many that will receive Jesus as their Lord to Christ and also everyone who desired to rededicate their lives to Christ. The congregation rejoiced over this addition to the Kingdom of God.
Rev. Biodun received the tithes and offerings leading the congregation to declare that the seeds they sowed are bringing forth fruits and they are bursting out on all sides.
This service being the third Sunday of the month dedicated to Marriage thanksgiving and Child dedication had the whole church rejoiced with newlyweds and new parents over God’s goodness. The Senior Pastors blessed them declaring God’s counsel over them.
The media unit showed Rev. Biodun’s tribute to the late Dr. Myles Munroe. The Senior Pastor recounted his encounter with him and how Dr. Myles has been a great blessing to him personally and to COZA. Indeed, Dr. Myles would be greatly missed in the body of Christ but his impact will continue beyond his lifetime.
COZA guests were given the reputed COZA welcome with the rest of the congregation thanking God for bringing every first-timer.
Rev. Biodun Fatoyinbo prayed over the people calling to manifestation every word spoken over them. It was indeed an amazing time in God’s presence as the worshipers in COZA left the service built up and equipped to face the week ahead.
